The Alton Non Expert Trial was introduced in the 1970s’ as a pukka Open to Centre Trial held at a great venue but focusing on Intermediate, Novice and Beginner riders, it originally was called The Wick Hill Cup after the landowner and venue that hosted it.

This is how the Wick Hill Cup started back in the seventies - a proper trial for novices.

This years venue like last year was The Beeches on Noar Hill. It featured 2 routes targeting all classes of Non Expert Adult and Youth A&B riders and machines.

1. i woz looking foulwood to it .i had my 250twin/rl/cm speshal.but at section 3 i had a litel off. my bike is now 2 inches shorter and im a bite brused .i think ill bild a liter one now thanks.
