Remember our previous venue?

We last used Cwmderw near Rayader in Central Wales in 2002 but Tom and Whizzie Breeze still welcome riders/campers/caravans at anytime.

Cwmderw is an unrivalled place to get away from it all and play on some fantastic terrain.  The large area features all types of Trials sections. It can get busy so it’s best to avoid bank holidays and weekends if possible. It is also used by Trail & Enduro bikes, Moto-Cross Machines, Quads, 4WDs and push bikes.

A selection of mobile home caravans are available by prior arrangement.

You can contact the farm on 01597 870202. Location of road access to “Tommy’s Farm.”

Please follow these instructions as there is no access to the campsite through the farm and access from Trefonen is awkward. These instructions assume you have driven to Oswestry via the A5:
From the A5 roundabout (Travel Lodge / Tourist Information) take the exit to Oswestry Past the Cattle Market, after hump bridge bridge fork left (signed Trefonen). Head out of town for a couple of miles. Before Trefonen the road drops down and over a river, take the next right (where the road sweeps left). Climb up towards “Croesau Bach”, take the third turn on the left (SY10 9BQ), camp field is through a gate on left after about ¾ mile.
Alton orange arrows should be in place to help by Wednesday evening.
